Wrong!!!

The problem here is, there are two kinds of Osmium atoms. For the first and the third Osmiun atom, The Eighteen Electron Rule is used correctly, but the second Osmium atom is different having only 16 electrons and has no means of obtaining more electrons.

Os(1&3) = 8e-
3 x COB = 3e-
3 x COT = 6e-
Os-Os    = 1e-
                  18e-
Os(2)        = 8e-
6 x COB    = 6e-
2 x Os-Os = 2e-
                   16e-
